Dr. Carolyn Yang
I’m a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty certificate in surgery of the hand with more than 13 years of experience providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care. For the past five years, I have operated a solo practice, where I focus on delivering individualized treatment and surgical expertise. My practice is grounded in evidence-based medicine, with an emphasis on clear communication, integrity, and helping patients return to function as safely and effectively as possible.

Katie Stevens, OTR, CHT
Katie graduated from Loma Linda University with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She has been working in the field of Hand Therapy here in Portland for 27 years, having the privilege of being mentored by and working with many Hand Therapists and Surgeons.  Katie enjoys educating her patients about anatomy, helping problem solve specific tasks and empowering them to participate in restoring their maximum function for return to work, daily activities and hobbies. Outside of work, Katie loves cooking for her family and friends, walking her dogs, gardening and reading.

Ryan Wellington, MS, OTR/L, CHT
Ryan Wellington, MS, OTR/L, CHT has specialized in the field of occupational and hand therapy since 2002. Credentialed as a Certified Hand Therapist since 2007, the primary focus of Ryan's career has been the treatment of the upper extremity including traumatic and acute injuries. Ryan enjoys the complexity of the upper extremity, individual treatment planning, splint fabrication, and the individual outcomes focused on a return to function. Outside of work, time spent with his wife, friends, family, travel, and live music are most important.
